Estimates & Quotations
Any quotation or estimate provided is based on the information available at the time.

Vehicle Repairs & Servicing
All work is carried out using reasonable skill and care.
Replacement parts may be genuine manufacturer parts, original equipment quality parts or equivalent quality parts depending on availability and customer preference.
Where appropriate, old parts may be available for inspection upon request.
Air Conditioning Services
Air conditioning servicing is carried out using professional equipment.
The amount of refrigerant required varies between vehicles and additional refrigerant may increase the final cost where applicable.
In-Car Entertainment & Accessories
We take every care when installing audio equipment, multimedia systems, reversing cameras and other accessories.
Where vehicles have previously been modified or wiring has been altered, additional work may occasionally be required.
ECU Remapping
Where ECU remapping services are provided, customers must agree to the separate ECU Remapping Terms and Customer Agreement before any software modifications are carried out.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.
Vehicles may not be released until payment has been received.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship.
Parts supplied are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
Our workmanship warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage

Misuse

Failure caused by unrelated vehicle faults

Previously existing defects
Warranty claims may require inspection before any decision can be made.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Removing valuables from their vehicle before leaving it with us.

Informing us of any known faults or previous modifications.

Ensuring vehicles are legally roadworthy unless recovery has been arranged.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to applicable law, Kenlee shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or services provided.
